Днес е 24 декември и мисля, че няма по-подходящ ден за да ви споделя рецепта за баница. Тя е неразделна част от масата на всеки българин било то за Коледа, или Нова Година. Никога не съм смятала, че баницата е нещо супер нездраослвоно и не мисля, че трябва да се лишаваме от нея, но въпреки това реших да опитам един нов вариант , чрез който с няколко прости промени намаляме драстично калориите, запазвайки вкуса(все пак, колкото и нискокалорично да е , ако не е вкусно не бих си я направила). Нискокалорична баница.
Аз просто обожавам баница със спанак и поради тази причина днешната ми рецепта е за именно такава. Ако вие не сте фенове на спанака, можете да си направите обикновена или пък , както на вас ви е на сърце. Също така не е нужно да следвате моето подреждане. Аз направих редена баница, но вие можете да направите вита или дълга, в зависимост от предпочитанията ви.
Може би най-голямата промяна , която откривате в рецептата ми , в сравнение с традиционната е замяната на сиренето с извара. Сиренето е изключително полезен продукт, но по този начин намаляме голяма част от калориите. (Само за сведения в 100 грама сирене има около 350 калории, докато в 100 грама извара около 150) За успеха на нашата баница наистина много зависи дали изберете извара, която ви харесва.( в интерес на истината същото е и със сиренето.) Аз бих препоръчала кашкавалената извара на Pilos, понеже тя се запича наистина много добре и тази на Olympus( разбира се това са моите предпочитания и няма никаква реклама).

200 гр. кисело мляко
3 яйца и 3 белтъка
650-700 гр. извара ( може комбинация от няколко)
40 гр. масло
400 гр. кори за баница
800 гр. спанак( аз използвах замразен)
1 1/2 ч.л. сода за хляб
начин на приготвяне
- Смесваме киселото мялко и содата и оставяме да “шупне”.
- Към тях прибавяме яйцата и маслото и разбъркваме добре. След това си прабавяме изварата.
- Отделяме една заст от получената смес за заливка отгоре, а към останалото прибаваме спанака
- Намазняваме тавичка и редим 2 кори и плънка между тях, като не е нуждо да слагаме допълнително масло. ( бъдете щедри с плънката)
- Повтаряме процеса , докато не свърши или плънката, или корите
- Заливаме с отделената пред малко смес и печем в предварително загрята на 180-200 градуса за 35-40 минути.
