На хората , които ме познават мисля, че им стана пределно ясно, че просто обожавам фъстъчено масло.( и по-конкретно една определена марка, но няма да я споменавам, че не искам да правя БЕЗПЛАТНА реклама.) До такава степен съм им надула главата, че за коледа в училище ми подариха именно такова, което междудругото беше един уникален подарък. Точно поради тази причина често го добавям в здравословните си десертчета по всякакъв възможен начин. Фъстъчено-ягодови барчета.
Днес съм решила да заложа на една традиционна комбинация, която аз просто обожавам, а именно фъстъчено масло със сладко( в случая използвах от ягоди). До колкото знам в Америка, откъдето се популяризира тази комбинация, най-често се използва сладко от червено грозде, но понеже аз никога не съм опитвала такова винаги използвам от ягоди. Деликатния ядков вкус , заедно с плодовото сладко, създава перфектната комбинация. След като веднъж опитате, определено ще разберете защо е целия този хайп(лудост) във всеки американски филми. Рецептата е изключително проста за приготвяне и е чудесна идея за следобеден снак или просто когато ни се преяде нещо сладичко. Аз го правя в мъничката ми тавичка (16х8), но вие ако нямате такава може да увеличите пропорцията на продуктите. Фъстъчено-ягодови барчета.
Едно от хубавите неща в тази рецепта е, че не съдържа никакво брашно. Не е най-ниско калоричния десерт, но мисля, че е доста засищащ заради всичките ядките, съдържащи се в него. Във всяко парче се съдържат около 8 грама протеин, което изобщо не е зле за десерт, в който няма протеин на прах. Пък ако използвате сладко, в което няма толкова много захар ще се намалят и още въглехидратите, но спокойно отново ще е достатъчно сладко.

120 гр. овесени ядки
50 гр. бадеми
50 гр. кокосова захар
50 гр. фъстъчено масло
1 яйце
200 гр. сладко от ягоди
начин на приготвяне
- Смиламе половината от овесените ядки и бадемите на брашно. Към тях прибавяме останалите овесени ядки, кокосовата захар.
- Добавяме фъстъченото масло и яйцето, докато се получи лепкава смес.
- В малка тавичка изсипваме 2/3 от сместа. Върху нея изсипваме сладкото и отгоре и останала част от сместа.
- Печем в предварително загрята на 180 градуса фурна за 15 минути. Оставяме да се охлади инарязваме на парчета.
