Не съм сигурна дали именно те ги популяризираха така, но определено вече всяка верига за бързо хранене има свой вариант за тези малки вкусотии. Ала, както знаем подобни заведения не се славят със своите здравословни предложения. Дори и да изключим химиите, които се слагат в „месото“ се използва безумно голямо количество мазнина, което надвишава няколкократно препоръчителната дневна доза. Въпреки всичко, нищо няма да ви стане веднъж на няколко месеца да се поглезите, защото няма какво да си кривим душата наистина са си вкусни. От личен опит ще ви споделя, спрете ли ги за определен период после даже няма и да ви се искат, ако обаче ви се приискат просто си ги направете тази рецепта.

Баща ми ми беше оставил три пилешки гърди с идеята да си ги правя на обяд след като се прибера от училище. Аз обичам обикновени пържолки, но някак исках да си ги направя по по-различен начин. Тогава осъзнах колко лесно мога да си направя пилешки хапки. Разбира се, реших да ги опека, а не пържа и много се притеснявах да не станат прекалено сухи, но за щастие се получи уникално. Правят се доста просто и за има-няма 30 минути ще успеете да впечатлите цялото семейство.
Няма как да поднесете пилешки хапки без подходящо сосче. Чудесни варианти са чесновото, бургер сосче, както и сладкото чили. За последното няма как да ви представя рецепта, защото и аз не знам как се прави, а е къпено от магазина , но пък останалите са супер прости. За бургер соса ще ви трябват само кетчуп и майонеза, като за да го направите гледайте просто цвета да е розово-червен и готово. За чесновото сосче ще са ви необходими кисело мляко, майонеза в съотношение 2:1, чесън и копър. С тези много прости сосчета ще изтреляте вашите пилешки хапки в космоса, ГАРАНТИРАМ.

500 гр. пилешки гърди
2 яйца
4-5 с.л. брашно
галета, колкото са необходими
подправки(сол,пипер,паприка,риган)
Начин на приготвяне
- Нарязваме си пилето в подходящи разнери( около 1см:1см)
- Овалваме в брашно
- Потапяме в яйцето
- Завършваме с галетата, в които сме си сложили подправките
- В леко намазнена тавичка си подреждаме хапките и намзаваме отгоре със съвсем малко мазнина.
- Печем в предварително загрята на 180 градуса фурна за 25 минути и гарнираме със сосче*
